Refund and Cancellation Policy
Introduction
At Akhourigen, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our Lip-Sync Video Creation and Podcast Promotion Services. Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our offerings, we adhere to a strict No Refund Policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Akhourigen are final and non-refundable under the following circumstances:
A. Lip-Sync Video Creation Program
Once a user submits a video or participates in the program, fees paid for enrollment, premium features, or promotional boosts cannot be refunded.
Earnings from video views are calculated based on platform analytics, and disputes regarding view counts/engagement will not qualify for refunds.
B. Podcast Promotion Services
Payments for podcast scripting, recording, or marketing are non-refundable after the following stages:
100% advance payment (required to initiate work).
If a client cancels midway, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Service Cancellation by Akhourigen:
If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failure), a full or prorated refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Duplicate Payments:
Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification.
Legal Compliance:
Refunds mandated by Indian courts or consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
3. Cancellation of Services
By the User
Lip-Sync Program: Users may discontinue participation at any time, but fees paid for premium features or withdrawals are non-refundable.
Podcast Services: Clients must notify cancellation in writing (email to contact@akhourigen.com) at least 7 days before the scheduled recording date.
Cancellation after script approval incurs a 100% fee.
Cancellation before script approval incurs a 30% penalty (70% of advance payment refunded).

We reserve the right to cancel services if:
A user violates our Terms of Service (e.g., uploads copyrighted/illegal content).
Payment disputes or fraudulent activity are detected.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) prevent service delivery.
4. Payment Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI) within 10 business days.
Transaction fees (2%–3%) charged by payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU) will be deducted from the refund amount.
GST (18%) is non-refundable once an invoice is generated.
5. Dispute Resolution
For refund requests or disputes, email contact@akhourigen.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
Provide proof of payment and a detailed reason for the request.
Akhourigen’s team will respond within 48 hours and resolve the issue within 15 days, per Indian consumer laws.
6. Important Disclaimers
Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, UPI apps, or payment gateways.
Technical Issues: Ensure stable internet connectivity during payments. Failed transactions due to user-side errors will not be refunded.
Currency: All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are the user’s responsibility.
